  We went in got 3 combos ate inside food was cold still. The chicken sandwich was only hot cause it came out the fryer but tasted like fish for some reason people in drive thur had to pull up and wait on food. It wasn't even busy

  i’m from plainview and we recently got our wendy’s shut down and me and my bf decided to go to wendy’s here tonight around 11 pm all i want to say is this was absolutely the most needed meal for me not only was it amazing the two jr bacon cheeseburgers but the service was also amazing not sure his name but the guy who took my order was absolutely so kind and patient while i ordered and im guessing it was just him and the cook but props to the cook and the manager im assuming ,for running great service tonight and i genuinely plan on coming to THIS specific wendy’s any time i want a jr bacon cheeseburger. if i could write 5 star reviews every day I WOULD just based on this one experience tonight

  0 star service. the first time i had an issue was they put the sign of closed on the speaker. yet, still serving certain cars at the window. bet you they didn’t want to work and were hooking up their friends w some food 😒. second time, there was no sign and we sat at the speaker for 30 minutes. huge line and acted surprised when we went in and told them about the speaker. this is unacceptable. full kitchen and everything. either fix your speaker, or fix your speakers. given this restaurant so many chances. very disappointed.

  Went on lunch break to grab a biggie bag, everything cold, employees rude with lack of customer service
