  This place is horrendous. They forgot a chili, fries, kids burger, and the stupid sauces that cost .50 cents each. When we went back to get the food that was forgotten, they had an attitude. That wasn't the kicker though..... after my family all had a bit of the chili, I finished what was left and low and behold there was 2 huge nasty nail in the chili, and it seemed like it was intentional because the nails were perfectly cut. I would not find any reason for anyone in the food business to be cutting their nails around food. That's just plain nasty.

  Went through the window pretty late and as Lubbock tends to have there was a dust storm. The staff was very sweet and put a sticker on the top of my Frosty so it wasn't contaminated by the dust.

  Placed an order for delivery. Burger patties were very undercooked and raw (bright pink and squishy) in the middle. The fries were also missing from the combo. The burger was not constructed well to begin with. Almost like they literally slapped the cheese and bacon onto the patties and bun. With food safety issues like undercooked meat…it’s honestly not worth the risk.
