  The United Grocery store is good, Starbucks inside of it is a different story. I went in today at 2:40 p.m., and proceeded to Starbucks. Nobody was behind the counter, and the one female employee was sitting in the dining area on her phone. She saw me standing there, and got up to help me. I ordered a tall pikes place (basic black coffee), and she tells me they don’t have any coffee brewed at the moment. Now, instead of offering to brew some, which by the way, she already should had some brewed considering she had time to relax and sit in her phone, but she didn’t offer to brew any and just gives me a dumbfounded look. Walked out without anything. By the way, I turned around and saw the girl go back to the dining area and sit down again.

  Customer service has really decreased. I've been shopping at the 82nd and Frankford store for years, and after today I guess it's time to change. I went in this morning to order a breakfast burrito and I was the only person in line. The guy working there was doing something on his phone and never looked up until another employee came over and said something. He then walks up and just looks at me. When I realized he wasn't going to speak, I told him what I wanted. He points behind me and tells me to get one of the pre-made burritos. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. This is just the latest negative experience with this store.

  Today this United went above and beyond of what they had to or even should have done and just reminded me of why I only shop United!! Thank y’all once again!

  We just had the worst experience at the deli. Went in specifically for the $7 jumbo chicken leg bucket that they do on mondays. We were told it would be 10 minutes for a fresh bucket. After waiting 20 minutes, we watched as the deli worker brought out 4 buckets of chicken (one was supposed to be ours) and handed them out to other people, who ordered after us. The worker proceeded to try and hand us just the sides we ordered. We asked about the chicken and he said it was gonna be another 15 minutes. Because we already waited so long, and because we had a screaming toddler waiting in the car, we handed the sides back and left. I understand united hiring young kids, but the kids who work in the deli need some serious training.. and there should be a better system where names are called when an order is ready. Ridiculous.
