It’s clean, easy to navigate, and has a welcoming, local feel. They don’t just ring you up and send you on your way. They’ll actually walk you to your car and load your groceries, which feels almost shocking if you came from somewhere like New Jersey (7 months ago) where you’re lucky if someone makes eye contact. While it doesn’t have the variety or “wow” factor of bigger chains, it makes up for it with convenience and genuinely good customer service. Being treated like a human still counts for a lot.
