  I went through the drive-thru and the girl that handed us our food was pretty irritated looking. she didn't seem to be happy to be at work at all.

  I usually love love love this place! I tell people about it too! Never once have I had to call them about an issue. And I wanted to just give them a heads up. I ordered two CRUNCHY tacos. For some reason this time, just picking up the taco from the bag, the shell I can tell was soaked. If I wanted a soft taco I would have ordered a soft taco. I called to let them know to keep an eye out and the lady says “Yes. We drain them as much as possible.” MA’AM. NEVER ONCE have I been bathed in taco juice the way I did this time because you DIDNT drain it. I stopped going to Taco Bell because of this reason, and for the fact that the shells at Casa are thinner and more gentle on my teeth. But now instead I have hot taco meat juice burning my lips and ruining my food. Don’t try to tell me you did drain it when my entire taco is falling apart in the wrapper. I can’t even take A BITE without my taco pouring juice out Either do it right the first time or don’t do it at all. :/ The entire bottom of this taco in the photo is soft and wet from the bottom halfway up.
