  I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this location has given me problems too many times to ignore. When I first moved to this area about a year and a half ago, the atmosphere was great and there were barely any issues, but over time things have gone downhill and this place has caused repeated problems for my friends, my family, and me. The biggest issue is the wait time and order accuracy, because even when I order something simple, like one or two tacos, it takes a long time to come out. I have gone there with friends, ordered before them and even before other customers already there, and somehow they all get their food before me, or my order is completely forgotten, and I have to go up and remind them before they even start making it. On top of that, the staff often have very poor attitudes, whether it is busy or not, and I have had my food forgotten, mixed up with someone else’s order, or made incorrectly multiple times. Today was especially frustrating, because my boyfriend, his little sister, and I went through the drive thru and got a bit confused while ordering, so we had to clarify, which was on us, but the employee taking our order became completely unresponsive, and after everything we said there was just silence, and we were not even sure if she was still there, which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional, and she only spoke again at the end to say, "pull up to the window". At the window, the employee there was fine, but the experience with the person on the speaker really stood out in a negative way, and overall, the repeated issues with long wait times, incorrect or forgotten orders, and poor customer service have made this location very frustrating to visit.

  Not sure what went wrong with the negative reviews i’ve been going to this taco bell for almost 2 years and they have NEVER let me down the food is always fresh staff is so kind they all need a raise I loveeee it so much

  Hair in my nacho fries and missing a taco plz fire this crew and the girl at the window is super rude all the time this was at 11:50

  We've struggled with Taco Bells lately. A lot of them around town have been so slow, gotten food wrong, or have been downright rude. This location has never let me down!! Our new go-to.

  This Taco Bell is awful. Never had a good experience at this location. I love Taco Bell but refuse to get from this location. Service is always rude and food is always bad. Needs to be shut down tbh.
