  Me and my friends went through the drive thru to pick up our three mobile orders. The first girl on the speaker was super sweet but then the manager immediately buzzed in and started being very rude about the whole situation. We had waited 20 minutes in the line already and they told us we could not have our third order and had to go back around. Which would normally be okay, we pulled up to the window about 5 minutes later and one of us leaned forward to ask the manager a question and she opened the window with our food in hand and just stared at us for about 10 seconds. We asked why she was staring and her response was “I just don’t know why you’re leaning forward staring at me”. Overall the whole experience was just plain rude and unnecessary. She was extremely condescending and as we pulled away she snarkily said “see you in a little bit” knowing the line was long. After getting to the window the second time, our third order was still not ready and she sort of just tossed the food towards us.

  The staff is always busy. So that means the lobby lacks. What do I mean by lack? Multiple times, I have had one in here that is hit and miss. Sometimes the lobby is clean and sometimes it's not. They're so busy that they give off an attitude, but I think it's just because they're trying to fulfill multiple orders at once. All in all very quiet and Ali enough was not nasty. I was shockingly surprised it was clean. The beverage area is always clean they keep the sauces in the back but they have a sauce container that is outside right next to the soda machine but that's always empty. So I was a little bit taken aback. But when you order your food they ask you if you want sauce. And at one point you couldn't bring money but now you can

  They refused to make mine and my wife's order the way we requested. This is my last time ordering from them. I will let others know not to go because they don't care about the customers satisfaction. Hope yall enjoy losing customers and money

  I'm so disgusted with this establishment, I went there tonight and ordered 3 BEEF CHULUPAS WITH NO TOMATOES NO SOUR CREAM, I paid $11.01 ok simple rite well nope I get home and all three CHULUPAS have sour cream I call the store to talk to the manager she says she will remake my order blah blah blah, so I drive back they replace my order keep my receipt of course they did rite, I get home and tell me why my order is wrong again, this time it has no tomato and no sour cream but they gave me CHICKEN CHULUPAS INSTEAD OF THE BEEF THAT I ORDERED!!!! So I had to call back and ask for a refund this time cause how many people does it take to get a simple chulupa order rite??? I had to drive back up there to get my refund and I will NEVER VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN! Sad thing is I love taco Bell but this just ruined it for me and I just moved to Lubbock shame!!!
