  Drive through employee was rude and grouchy and drive through line was very long and slow moving

  If I could I would rate 0 stars, this location doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Avoid this location. I spent a total of 30 minutes in the drive-thru and they couldn't get a simple order right. I ordered a Supreme Queso Bowl (no beans). At paying I realized they missed my drink. The cashier was going to simply add it on but the woman making orders ( manager I’m guessing ) made me go all the way around the line again (another 30 mins). While waiting, I saw my bowl had zero queso. When I finally got back to the window, the manager was incredibly rude to the cashier for trying to fix it. The worst part? When I got home, the "replacement" bowl was literally just beans and cheese. I asked for NO beans. Unprofessional, slow, and spiteful service. I cannon elaborate how rude an cunning this lady was I could literally hear her in the back yelling at him ( I’m assuming she’s a manager) she’s telling him to grab the other bowl from me. He was hesitant about it. He tells her why don’t she grab it. Then opens the window and asked for the first bowl back. I give it back no problem. But the attitude from the manager was unacceptable. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else

  There is nothing fast about this fast food place. Average wait time for us here is 15 to 30 mins. Half the order is incorrect so another 10-15 going back in and getting it correct. If you can get them to fix it, 2 times ive had to have arguments with the manager over food I paid for not being in the bag. Which is ridiculous, how is there even an argument. The items are listed on the receipt and the bag you just handed me doesn't have those items. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant and have a meal. It takes just as long and is only a couple of dollars more.

  I just wanted to share my pleasant experience it was light about 11:00 at night I had been to a restaurant and had an issue with the manager and the food so I didn't get that food and I was tired had a long day went through Taco Bell and had the sweetest young man attend me at the drive-thru. Was very professional I kind of asked for a Pacific way to have an item that they usually don't do. He was more than happy to help me The food was great Price was right and it really just made me smile and wanted to say good job Joshua thank you for doing your job
