    Stopped by a few days ago to grab a protein bowl after my workout. There were cars parked outside full of thugs with the music blaring. One employee inside. Last customer just left. He looks at me and says “all I have is white or wheat but I gotta do these app orders so you gonna have to wait.” Hahahahahaha. There’s always another option. Twin Peaks it was. I’ll never be back here.

    Whoever the African American man working at this location and seemingly all others because he transfers all over Lubbock is, he has zero customer service, seems very confused by everything, and has a bad attitude. His coworker was listing off all of the sandwiches she had to make and he just sat there and didn’t help her. I wanted an online deal so instead of paying at the kiosk, I explained that I’d make an online order real fast and then he just hand me the sandwiches. He looked at me like he just woke up and said “I already rang it up” so I made the order anyway, and he just slid the sandwiches across the counter. I’ve worked in fast food for a few years and I think he is one of the worst employees I’d have ever came across. I don’t think he’d even know his own name if asked. If you see him working, and believe me you will know, go ahead and just go somewhere else. What you might expect to take 7 minutes on a slow day will turn into 40 of the most grueling, awkward, uncomfortable minutes.

    We had a great experience thanks to Shai! She was so kind, patient, and professional while helping us. She took the time to explain the menu options and made sure we felt comfortable choosing what we wanted. The dining room was clean, the kitchen looked spotless, and the food turned out excellent. Another team member also stepped in and was just as kind and helpful—you can really tell they work great together as a team. Thank you ! 4/9 at 11:30am

    I had a great experience at Subway today! My online order was entered incorrectly, but Adam went above and beyond to fix my sandwich without hesitation. He was kind, patient, and truly made my day with his excellent customer service. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about making things right. Thank you, Adam! I’ll definitely be back.

    I placed an order for pickup today around 1pm. It said it would be ready at 1:15pm. I got there a little early and sometimes if they arent busy our order will be ready and if not we dont mind waiting a few mins for it to be ready. I walked in the door at 1:10pm and was immediately YELLED at by Kered and told id be waiting 30 minutes cause HE HAS OTHER ORDERS. I was taken aback by this and stated I had placed an order ahead thinking maybe our order was one he was working on considering he hadnt even asked me if I had placed an order or wanted to order inside. I waited a few minutes for him to finish up with the orders he was making and he proceeded to finally ask me for my name on my order. I told him I just wanted a refund and to cancel my order. He called his manager to ask them to come up there and explained his side of the story in which he lied to his manager denying any wrongdoing. I explained to him this isnt how you treat your customers and isnt the way to do business. I had no issue waiting but to be screamed at by an employee at a SUBWAY no less? If you are having a bad day, you dont take it on your customers. If you cant be a respectful human being, dont work in customer service. Absolutely unacceptable. Judging by the previous reviews ive seen about this specific employee he shouldn't still have a job. Go to another Subway because everytime we go to this location he is the one there working and he is incredibly rude and disrespectful.
