  After my dealing with the employee Memphis at the subway at 216 university after he refused to take my order due to him thinking I said please speak up I can’t hear you boy and just closed the lid when I got to the front the lady in front of me said you said nothing wrong and did not say boy Memphis then continued to argue saying what you say the first time over and over I then asked for the managers name and a number he refused to give it out Memphis did tell me his name was Brandon at first when I asked them when I called to asked for a number for corporate he said this is Memphis then I got to this location and the two gentlemen working were very polite and took great care of me and all the customers in line again thank you two the two gentlemen working the location of 1109 university we need more professional like y’all working.

  So JQ and Maddi were amazing in helping me as a disabled vet… my wife and I were beyond impressed of them going above and beyond. Such a great store! And not just as a customer, but also as a DoorDasher I’be been having a great experience. I’ll recommend this store to my friends.

  I recently went here with my husband, and we were amazed by the hospitality that was given to us by JQ and Maddi. We’ll definitely come back soon!

  4:30 March 25th an employee has me waiting over half an hour for an Uber order. I watched as he made three other orders before mine even though I was in line order placed already. He goes by the name JQ and won't give me his actual name I'll be following up with management. Was bragging about it being the 2nd complaint of the day
