  This location is great during the day, but if try to order at 10:30pm or later they won’t serve you. Just went by there for a shake and was told they couldn’t cause they just cleaned the machines !!

  Man if you want the worst food and service in town you found the place! Just awful across the board.

  I ordered a smasher cheeseburger meal on 2-20-26 at 81st and University, Lubbock, Texas. I live one block away yet my burger was not even remotely warm. I took one bite, terrible and it smells fishy. I am so disappointed. I had been at the hospital with my mother all day and I was so hungry, i had not eaten all day. What a disappointment. Suffice it to say I will never eat at this location again. Sonic has really gone downhill.

  Everytime I'm at this establishment they forget about me. I push the little red button, I order, I wait, and wait, then they tried to say it was my fault. Uh helloooo. Next time I'll send out smoke signals, and an SOS, and I'll put flares on my grocery list. Paleez, my fault?

  The car hops like to clear the screen before you are done paying with your card. When the staff interrupts the payment process you cant leave a tip on your card. You would think that they would figure this out. Oh well, you dont wanna tip then keep interrupting the card paying process. Doesn't make me any difference. Its not just one location either its an issue at all lubnock sonics.
