  This location's Papa John's pizza on 9th Street near the university side was terrible. The person who made it does not know how to make pizza. Sad to say I had several other people trying it out as well and all said it lacked flavor was dry not even hot more on the cool side, almost as if it was sitting there a bit and not freshly made (we got there the second it was said to be ready). There was more a thick crust to pizza ratio also barely had any sauce cheese no taste, it was like eating white flavorless bread. I have had better at other locations. I would not recommend this place.

  Took 5+ minutes just to be acknowledged that I even entered the store, 2 workers in entire store at lunch hour.

  I usually order from this place. But probably won't now since I ordered my food around 9pm then it said it would be delivered around 10pm well I waited and waited for my food driver then called trying to find my place could not find it at all then driver stated he forgot our drink then he had to go back to store and get it then he was still looking for our place he even stated that he can't even see good at night and just told him to forget it and we'll just cancel our order literally spent 30 minutes on phone trying to help him find our place called manager and told them what was going on and manager just said we could either wait for him still or cancel. I told him I just want to cancel the order cause I don't want a cold pizza sorry to say this was bad and not sure why driver didn't put address in navigation or he really shouldn't have said he can't see at night not good.
