From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted like you just came home for Thanksgiving—minus the awkward family questions. Every single employee says hello and it genuinely feels like they mean it. Mikaila, the manager, is hands-down one of the best this store has ever had. You can tell she sets the tone because the whole team reflects it. Tiffany, Coleton, Lori, Javahn, and Rey all go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. They’re checking in, asking if you need anything and even clearing tables like they’re on a mission to win “Best Customer Service in America.”
