I hate to leave a negative review, but this location has consistently been the worst I’ve experienced in Lubbock.
Before, I was excited because the restaurant looked new and well-kept. I ordered the Big Arch Burger for the first time, and it was completely wrong—missing multiple key ingredients (pickles, cheese, fried onions, lettuce). It was basically just buns, meat, and a small amount of sauce.
Today was even more frustrating. I placed a mobile breakfast order and arrived at 10:37 AM. I’ve never had issues at other locations arriving shortly after the breakfast cutoff, but here it was a problem. At the window, I was told hashbrowns were no longer available and offered fries instead. I politely declined and asked if they could still make the hashbrown, and instead of a clear answer, I was sent into a confusing back-and-forth with multiple employees and managers.
After waiting several minutes, I was handed only two watered-down iced caramel macchiatos and told to have a good day—without any of the food I ordered. When I pointed this out, it led to more confusion, more waiting, and multiple “solutions” that didn’t make sense.
The entire situation took over 30 minutes, and I ultimately left without any of my food. What made it worse is that I wasn’t even able to get a refund at the location—something I’ve never experienced before, as other locations have always been able to cancel or refund mobile orders without issue. Eventually, they offered to cook the food if I pulled forward—but at that point, I had already been waiting far longer than necessary. If that was an option, it should have been communicated from the start.
Overall, this location seriously needs improvement in service, communication, and consistency. The experience felt disorganized from start to finish and doesn’t reflect the standard I expect.
