  Did an online order and granted on Google it says drive thru is open 24 hrs but when I pull up to give them my code after placing order and being charged they tell me they were already closed and that I would have to cancel my order and now wait 1 to 7 days for a refund...complete bullcrap to let me place my order charge me and tell my youre closed before even being closed apparently. If youre closed before sure to make sure mobile ordering is turned off, completely misleading

  Cashier in drive thru literally handed me this drink. We looked at each other. When she didn't offer to fill the rest of it up, we just got our food and left. What else can you say...

  This Mcdonalds can never get an order correct. I am not a fan,the only reason I go is for grand kids.

  Unprofessional employees. I order large big arch meal and redeemed one fish burger . It is 11.89 on menu but they put all big arch fries coke individually. Total is $14.36. First they tried to explain that fish burger is $2 . I showed them it is not i redeemed it. Then i thought maybe upgrade size so i just paid. I asked for receipt they picked up from trash can hand it to me. I show them they charged me all thing individually then they ask if i just want refund . Of course i want refund . They only refund me burger and fries no mention that i lose my points for redeem fish burger too. The whole time those employees and talking laughing each other . When i explain to that lady she is laughing too. Hello ? Do you have common sense? I don't understand how is that would be done . I'm surprised they can still have 3.4 stars with those employees.
