  Every time I have gone through the door dash or order delivery I have items missing. Every time. Never fails.

  Mobile app refused to work. Looked around for help no one would make eye contact. Cashiers had zero clue on what to do. Woman with red helped me figure it out though. I just figured since I paid money for something the service should work and the workers should help when there are problems. Don't know when drive thru took complete priority over the building when there's five thousand workers in the store. Also once again I don't know why anyone hires teenagers anymore they make every business like talking to a wall

  Literally ordered online from work so I could just grab and go.. NO ONE in the entire drive through line, yet I sat there for over 15 minutes for 2 things, even getting pushed to the 3rd window!!! All while saying please and thank you and how are you, only to be ignored while employees stood there to gossip.. thanks for a waste of time when I literally ordered ahead. Not coming back to this location.

  Ordered cooked to order food it was Luke warm. Tea was not sweet and burn as if made 8 hr ago by morning shift before they left. I know they see to many cars a day to not switch tea but still. “Souther style” nah this Northern style.
