  Ollyn was informational when we showed up about the special for the menu. Me and my brother are in a tight finance position and this small gesture was helpful. He is a bro.

  Idk what mcdonalds shes at in Lubbock but maybe the right people will get it!!!! Im about to post screenshots of a managers tiktok. She's belittling customers and saying she doesnt care people park to wait because she doesn't want to get her butt chewed out. I understand slow days BUT not every single day. It's fast food for a reason. People have a right to get upset waiting over 30 minutes for a happy meal....it wasnt me it happened to but how disgusting a manager cant handle a small complaint that she has to make a tiktok about it!!!! Do better McDonalds with your manager!!!!

  Always very rude employees for no reason. Will not even fix a simple drink order through the drive through, because they misheard and rang up the wrong one. No difference in price. They just did not want to get up from their chair at the window. And replied back with an attitude, even when when i tried to be nice take the blame. And no everytime did go they are never busy. Save yourself the trouble and detour to another.
