  Every time I go to this McDonald’s my food is cold every time idk how it’s even possible when I live 1 min away.

  Quality of food was HORRIBLE my food was not fresh like I asked not once but TWICE I gave the food back just to get old food again Ive Im very well aware of what fresh food looks and smells like I ordered 2 mcchickens with bacon and cheese and a large fry which was old and some of the fries were half cooked a waste of money

  After a day of moving into our new house in the area we decided to grab McDonald’s from here but were rudely awakened by the lack of customer service from the manager & employees. Drive thru worker was rude & must have fallen asleep, employees had wrong order at window & was getting everyone else out behind us while we waited for 20 minutes only for them to bring us an incomplete order. If you want great customer service drive to the McDonald’s on 102 N University, manager on Quaker should take some tips from this one on how to properly run an establishment.
