  First time ordering at this location. Placed an order on the app from the parking lot. In the time it took to walk inside, visit the restroom and get to the counter my food was ready and waiting. Someone I’ll assume was the manager asking if I needed anything else and making me feel appreciated. Well done.

  I didn’t have the greatest experience here. I ordered a Bacon Quarter Pounder and didn’t think to check my order since it’s usually correct—but when I got home, there was no bacon on the burger at all. On top of that, the wait time was longer than expected. It was definitely disappointing, especially for something that should be simple to get right. Hoping for better service next time.

  I am over this location. The amount of times I have to wait 20 minutes for my food. Fast food is supposed to be fast.. Now if it was really busy, okay I get that. But the times I am made to wait so long are the times that it is not busy. Then almost every occasion, I am missing items from my order and/or my food is cold for so called waiting on something to be fresh. Tonight I did not have the time to check my bag before going home like I normally do to get my missing items.. I get home and I am missing the cheeseburger from the happy meal and our 20 count nugget box, literally only has 10 nuggets in it. It is not hard to do your job! This location will never get business from me again, I will go out of my way to another location. Get it together! 👏🏻 I have sent an email up to corporate as well.

  I call only say to no fault of the staff who shows up to work at this location you deserve better, you do deserve support and better training, this franchise is without doubt the most troubled franchise in such a great location. Divert and visit the new location on 82nd street next to Buffalo Wings, you will be met with a very trained staff fresher food and a functional restaurant...

  TRUST THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! I wish I looked at them before wasting my time at this location. DO NOT stop at this location unless you have at LEAST an hour to spare. The service is AWFULLY slow and you will wait in the drive thru for at least 30 minutes for items that should take 4 minutes or less. Tried calling them to get them to cancel my order -- no answer. Got off the car to cancel my order in person, not a single person at the front counter to acknowledge a customer waiting in the store front. PLEASE, someone from higher management of McDonald's, either shut down this location or replace the lead management staff because the folks who are in charge are NOT apologetic and could care less about excellent customer service. And yes, with the waiting time, I did the McDonald's survey. PS -- after waiting 30 minutes for a Sausage Egg Bagel.... I expected it to be hot and fresh... thanks for a terrible sandwich, McDonald's.
