- LLLogan2 days ago5.0Always enjoyed coming to main event with family, but I've never left a review. Last time I came in, me and my friends had an amazing experience with the people, specifically a guy named Adam. We will definitely be coming back!

- AAAndrew3 days ago1.0I came in this evening to play the arcade area with the family .i happen to play 3 games in a row that so happen to take the points but the game doesn’t activate . The first 2 I let it be but the 3rd game of course I went and asked about assistants , i got helped out . I went to continue and when I played a game I still had my same amount of points to play games . So I went and asked for assistance and I got treated very poorly. I was being nice and communicating for something simple he was acting like I was lying . He would walk away mid sentence and was very disrespectful. I usually bring the family to this main event and when a game machine has an error I had have helped before . So I’m upset I got treated like this and I got cheated out of my money. The gentleman was named Gary . I just wanted help and instead I got denied and disrespected . Everyone else that assisted was good to my family mean while . Thank you .

The service was awesome and the staff were very attentive. The smash burger tacos were awesome as well as the fried pickles!
