  I will NEVER go to this location ever again!! They have shorted my order multiple times and today, I ordered a meal online at 12:13 pm and it is still not here! I went down to the restaurant and one manager came over and I told him I didn't get my order. He looked at the delivery screen and said the driver was out for delivery. "He left about 30 min ago but took 5 deliveries with him." I walk back to my office and my food STILL is not here. I try to call the and it just rings and rings. They are not answering the calls. I even tipped this driver and there's nothing here

  Today Jimmy John’s had their C-team working. I order in the app, and I requested napkins and that my sandwich be cut in half. Neither happened. My pickle was “quartered”, but the proportions were ridiculous. Top that off with glass in the parking lot and an employee leaning over the counter with his butt in the face of anyone getting a drink. Jersey Mike’s and Schlotsky’s are the same distance from my home, so I’ll avoid ordering from Jimmy John’s again.

  I ordered from the general manger and told him it was my first time trying jimmy john’s. ordered a sandwich with no cheese and added spicy ranch. they completely messed up my order. they didn’t give me spicy ranch and put cheese on it so i wasted $15 on a sandwich i threw away. he was also vaping inside the store and telling us how he was going to go smoke weed.

  It's a jimmy johns. Workers were nice. Sandwich was okay. Price okay. Nothing bad nor exemplary. Just a sandwich for lunch
