  I ordered a spicy ziti and manager Hilda notice it was a lil to hot for me and so she made me another one in place of it I really appreciate my lunch after thank you location on 82 in Lubbock Texas

  Went in and employees didn't acknowledge me. One actually rolled her eyes. You could hear them cursing and playing around. The manger on duty Haley extremely rude and unprofessional.

  Paula was absolutely fabulous! She was kind and thoughtful and explained several different options to help us decide how to order. She was also patient with the hard of hearing woman in front of us who had some issues ordering. I was very impressed with her interactions with everyone in line. Spoil this woman!

  This Fazoli's is consistently good. I am rating the food based on price- that is to say, I feel it is tasty and a good value. The staff always know their business. and the music on the radio includes great old swing tunes with artists like Frank Sinatra.

  We went to this fazoli's for my grandson's birthday he wanted fazoli's we got there the girl at the register was awesome we went to get our table it was 9 of us including kids we had to ask for plastic ware because the silver ware they had there were all dirty was disgusting food still stuck to them i wish I would've taken some pictures
