Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. Went in today around 350pm and ordered a number 5 everything on it with extra cheese. When got home and opened it there was no bacon, no tomatoes,no onion,and no extra cheese. I called up there to complain but the lady acts like it no big deal. All the workers are too busy talking about stupid shit instead of paying attention to the orders this isn't the first time this has happened.

The employee that was taking the orders inside was nice but he seemed to maybe be new. He kept walking away to ask questions. My husband didn't receive his meal he only received his fries. My fries were soggy and salty probably from sitting to long after being made. My chicken was barely warm and dehydrated from being pre-made too long. The vegetables on sandwich were wilted and the lettuce had black around the edges. We did talk to the manager who took a while to come out of his office. He was nice and he did correct the issues.
We decided to give this location another shot. The only problem was the vegetables again! They were sparse other than the onions, they loaded them up we didn't order extra onions. They burnt my buns.

Don’t try the drive through on weekends at this location, line wrapped around the building for at least an hour, lucky to get food in under 20 minutes. Only one lane open as usual. Not sure why even have two lanes, they never have the other one going. Amazing how slow it is considering you only serve like one thing. You know burgers? 😂
