A nice young lady told me that it was just for breakfast, so I was too late. I said OK I'll see you next year for breakfast, and started to leave. She had a sad expression on her face, and said "Well, I can't let you leave with nothing" and she gave me a small chocolate malt. I thought that was the sweetest thing to happen to me in a long time. I want to add that I do go to Wendy's on a regular basis because it's one of only 2 fast-food restaurants that have good burgers & etc. And that cold chocolate malt sure warmed my heart! Didn't get her name, but thanks to that young lady! She gets a score of 6 out of 5 from this veteran!

The receipt is correct so I’m not blaming the person that took my order. I am blaming the idiot that made it. It’s SO SIMPLE just don’t put cheese on it. That’s all ya gotta do, is less work. Extremely disappointing. My fault for not double checking before I left the drive through, I just figured it was such a simple order, surely they don’t mess it up. I was wrong. It wouldn’t be a big deal if the cheese wasn’t completely melted into the beef patties. I would just remove the cheese but you can’t remove the cheese when it’s melted into every crevice of the beef.

Stepped back into a simpler time where if you didn’t have cash you could just give them your card and they would bring out that big ol card machine and they would put your card in and then they would put the carbon copy thing on top and then slide it from right to left and it would make this loud *SHHGHKT SKKGHT* sound. But that’s how you knew that it was gon be ireee. I don’t like the new WENSDAYS CROSSOVER. The SAUCE was STRANGE AND GREY…. Why is the sauce grey. I turn 67 years old tomorrow

And when I asked why there wasn’t any brownies in the frosty I was told oh no the chocolate inside is the brownie sooooo you mean the chocolate syrup that’s mixed into the frosty is supposed to be the brownie? Disappointing
