I decided to try out Wendy’s again and I was expecting someone to be monotone, potentially rude, and unenthusiastic at the drive-thru speaker. But I received the opposite. As soon as I drove up to the speaker, I was welcomed with a happy and energetic voice and she took care of my order without any issues. I believe her name was Vicky (give her a raise!). Not to mention the food was good too! I missed the service with a smile attitude over at fast food places and I am so happy to have experienced that here! Keep up the good work!
