  Terrible I ordered a pick up for 430 and they said it was ready I have been waiting out here forever it’s about to be 6pm and nothing. I’ve called numerous times and they proceed to tell me they’re on their way and nothing.. I’ve even offered to get them myself bc I have things to do and they just said we will have them out in two minutes

  I will start by saying that it’s generally well stocked, and a clean store. Rose is a cashier, and she’s my favorite, very kind and helpful. However, when buying fruit, you need to look on the sides, top, and bottom of the container, because if you don’t, 8/10 you will go home with moldy fruit. I also am not pleased with grocery pick up. Because the store is usually stocked, I expect to be given all the items on my order. I understand that there’s times they will be out of stock on something, but I expect to not have my card charged for that item especially if I wasn’t given a substituted item. Every time I’ve done grocery pick up, I’ve been charged for items I did not receive, or I’ll be given moldy fruit. This last order I placed, I was l given apples that were literally brown and mushy on one whole side, and missing items that I was charged for as usual. Grocery pick up is meant to be convenient, however, you’re probably better off going inside the store and shopping for everything yourself.

  Placed a curbside order the night before to be ready at 5pm-6pm the next day. Still wasn’t completed by 6pm and has wasted my time. Slowest service of any grocery store. It is now 7:00PM and my order is still processing and no one inside curbside answered the phone. I never have this issue at HEB. Save your money and go to HEB instead.

  1/8/26 11:35 today!! Shane B. the guy with the lips tattoo on his neck! The most unprofessional checker I've ever met!! He sat there making fun of other employees in front of me and my wife! Making him do his job poorly!! He stood there yelling at other employee's from across the way as they would walk by making noises/cat calls saying "Rene Rene Rene" over and over he's gonna get the grocery sackers in trouble by not letting them do their job!! Shane B. was so slow a girl walked over to help him unload the kart faster!! As that's happening drops my onion then snickers and tried to hide it (instead of saying hey I dropped this do you want another I'm sorry).. when i made a comment asking my wife if she wanted to get another he then got and attitude and started going slower!! Rude, unprofessional and slow! I'm sure security footage would show exactly what I'm talking about!
