It isn't "just" the employees that give you that feeling, it's also the very friendly and helpful patrons who frequent this location. I went there with a friend recently and even she exclaimed that though she hadn't gone there in years in fact had forgotten all about a United being in that area, the atmosphere when we walked in there made her feel as if she had come home. I've got to admit, I sometimes tend to linger there simply because of the patrons and employees friendliness.
