- JSJamie S1 day ago3.0The brisket is good, but it can vary on quality. I got very fatty brisket when I ordered lean. I had dry brisket right after they opened. The line was very long with only one cashier. All the kiosks to place an order were not working. The restaurant has very loud music in evenings! It was in the 80s outside and the restaurant was very warm! Turn on the air conditioner to make it cooler! The trash can was full and I mentioned it to staff and nothing was done. Get food to go! It can take a long time to get your order. You most likely won’t get any sliced brisket after 8pm as I’ve tried a few times. They forgot pickles but added bread and onions I didn’t order or want. It’s just ok. Don’t drive all the way to HEB just for the food.

We ordered the new birria ramen and the brisket Mac and cheese with some moist brisket on the side along with the poblano queso sausage link. To say everything was fantastic is an understatement. Everything was perfectly cooked and the order was correct. The service was top notch. Larry definitely made us feel very welcome and had no issue making a small conversation letting us know some good coffee suggestions to buy from heb which I was glad to hear about. Will definitely come back and try more of y’all’s amazing barbecue. Ps the birria ramen is absolutely perfect.

I got a turkey baked potato and it was 10/10 and it was very very reasonably priced. Will be back again soon!
