  I was delivering food to this establishment through an Uber eats order as I dropped off their food and went back to my car. I saw the manager approaching me. He said that I forgot an item of his order. I looked out the window inside the establishment in his coworker was flipping me off and recording me people make mistakes an Uber eats or delivering items get left or forgotten, but the absolute unprofessionalism I have just witnessed the Manager‘s name is Mark. I don’t know who his employee was who was flipping me off through the window inside of tropical smoothie, but she had tattoos all over her arms. They were very hostile and then proceeded to tell me that they were going to report me to Uber for forgetting an item I would not eat there. This customer service is very unprofessional. They try to pick fights and make people who are just trying to make a living feel Disrespected and threatened

  If you’re looking for a healthy breakfast between 7–8 a.m. and you’re running late for work, don’t waste your time. They are understaffed.

  The manager is awesome I spilled bit of my smoothies every where and they cleaned it up and and gave me 2 new one and 2 discount cards to come back exceptional service! Thank y’all so much!

  Smoothie taste like water for some reason today, and my oatmeal chia pudding was made Tuesday based off the label on the top, and it's currently Sunday. My banana is browning and my blueberries are going bad. The bottom is runny like its been seeping. Really dislike when the GM isn't there as he can't manage the kiddos working there.

I’ve tried different wraps each time along with their smoothies, and I have to say — everything has been fresh, flavorful, and made with great quality ingredients. The wraps are easily some of the best I’ve had around the area — always perfectly balanced with taste, texture, and seasoning.
