Unfortunately when you place an online order if it's more than one taco and one burrito they have difficulties fulfilling your order in a prompt and courteous manner.

I’m honestly really upset about how we were treated at the Taco Bell on 4th Street. We showed up at 12:30 AM, and the posted closing time is 1:00 AM, yet the manager refused to serve us. We weren’t asking for anything complicated… we literally just wanted a Crunchwrap Supreme. What made this experience so frustrating wasn’t just being turned away, but the extremely rude attitude of the manager. There was no explanation, no apology, no effort to help just dismissiveness. As loyal Taco Bell customers who choose this location regularly, this was shocking and disappointing. If you’re going to advertise being open until 1:00, customers should reasonably expect to be served at 12:30, especially for a simple order. This experience felt disrespectful and unprofessional, and it honestly makes us question whether we want to keep coming back or start finding a different place to eat.
Customer loyalty should matter, and tonight made it clear that it didn’t.

For some reason when I eat here my food taste so old I always get the crunch wrap meal this time my crunch wrap was so stale I could barely bit into it The tortilla tasted so old I couldn’t even finish eating it. I took one bite and was done. The customer service was really great though. Just wouldn’t recommend the crunch wrap

The customer service was the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! They did not get the order right, and when we went back in to tell them about it, they had attitudes and tried to blame us because THEY didn’t get the order right. The manager was very rude and didn’t want to help in any way, to me if you are a manager you should help a customer without attitude. And when she asked for my name i asked for hers and she didn’t want to give it to me, and as a manager, she IS required to give her name out..on top of that, she tried to snatch the receipt out of my hand, and rip it. I personally like taco bell, but this one isn’t one I would recommend to go to.

They had God awful inappropriate rap and R&B turned up. It was a not a pleasant lunch with my wife. I will drive across town to go to another Taco Bell instead of not having a word spoken to me as a customer, having that crap music playing as loud as it was. They just simply walked our foot up to the counter and sat it down didn’t call a number out or anything. We went and sat down and the guy couldn’t walk our drinks over he yelled out “here is your drinks” 100% the worst service I’ve had in a very long time. I get it… it’s not a five star place but it’s the moral of it. Do not take kids to this one unless you allow them to hear songs about being in the sheets and sweating. I will be reaching out to the corporate office about this experience.
