They did not get the order right, and when we went back in to tell them about it, they had attitudes and tried to blame us because THEY didn’t get the order right. The manager was very rude and didn’t want to help in any way, to me if you are a manager you should help a customer without attitude. And when she asked for my name i asked for hers and she didn’t want to give it to me, and as a manager, she IS required to give her name out..on top of that, she tried to snatch the receipt out of my hand, and rip it. I personally like taco bell, but this one isn’t one I would recommend to go to.

When I pulled up to the window I was told I had to park and walk inside to get my food. Even though I could see my order 2 feet away from the window, like she could’ve reached over to hand me my order. Why waste my time like that? Very unnecessary.

I will drive across town to go to another Taco Bell instead of not having a word spoken to me as a customer, having that crap music playing as loud as it was. They just simply walked our foot up to the counter and sat it down didn’t call a number out or anything. We went and sat down and the guy couldn’t walk our drinks over he yelled out “here is your drinks” 100% the worst service I’ve had in a very long time. I get it… it’s not a five star place but it’s the moral of it. Do not take kids to this one unless you allow them to hear songs about being in the sheets and sweating. I will be reaching out to the corporate office about this experience.

Make more tea. i’m not paying for a drink replacement i'm paying for tea. honorable rating for services otherwise. my food is always right unless i go for the day crew then they usually don’t give me my add-ons, and have a bad attitude. I won’t beg for the best service in the world but i will beg for sweet tea. next time... im waiting in the drive through for y'all to brew more tea. not crazy… just not paying for Dr. Pepper anymore when I ordered sweet tea.
