Had to put in the order again just to pay with card to actually have the order made. Confronted this lady and she was rude about it and had a headphone in not really even listening to us. After 30 min after my order was supposed to be ready I went inside to see what was going on. An employee was yelling at another for whatever reason about pizza. Then she yelled back at him. People are coming in and we still waited another 7 min to finally get our food. The back was dirty, food all over the floor. A MESS!!! No apologies over the wait it’s is utter chaos here. Definitely not on their A game and moving at a glacial pace. They don’t care one way or another cause they’re getting paid. Won’t be back to this one anytime soon. Left 3 stars on food until I actually saw my ruined smashed burrito what had sauce all over the outside. Do better. Very disappointed. I could have went and got a nice meal for what I paid!

Also ordered the supreme dip with no pico de gallo and yet it had pico de gallo in there (I’m allergic to tomatoes that’s why I had it removed I had to grab my EpiPen after the first couple of bites my tongue got itchy and swollen) and not to mention they forgot my churros if I could rate this 0 stars I would. I’m pregnant and was craving Taco Bell and couldn’t even get a single thing but the drink right. NOT TO MENTION they didn’t even fill the nacho cheese HALF WAY
