I just waited 21 minutes for an order I placed at the kiosk at 98th and slide Taco Bell in Lubbock. After I made sure the number of items was correct, I got home to realize I paid for seven soft taco supremes and only received soft tacos. Basically got ripped off but it’s too far away to go back and waste another 20-30 minutes. Wish yall could do better.

THIS IS TO THE OWNERS OF THIS PARTICULAR TACO BELL! MY QUESTION IS.... DO YOU TRAIN THESE WORKERS? EVERYTIME WE COME TO THIS TACO BELL, THEY HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE MENU FOOD RIGHT AND THEIR IS ALWAYS SOMETHING MISSING FROM ORDERS! DO YOU TELL THEM THEY CAN TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY DON'T MATTER?! YOU CAN BE AT THE DRIVE THRU LINE FOREVER AND UNTIL THEY DECIDE, THEY WILL ADDRESS YOU, AND IT'S NOT IN A GOOD ATTITUDE. IT'S CRAZY TO ME AND VERY BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS THAT YOU ALLOW THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE TO CONTINUE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR FOOD QUALITY, AND THE WORST ATMOSPHERE EVER IS REFLECTING ON YOU THE OWNER BECAUSE YOU ALLOW THIS TO CONTINUE! WE WILL NOT GIVE ANYMORE SERVICE TO THIS TACO BELL AGAIN!

They charged me $3.99 for a crunchwrap with basically no filling...so disappointing. What is going on with fast food lately? If you wouldn't serve a dry empty tortilla shell to a loved one why serve it to a paying customer?
