  My wife and I went to Subway and we met with Mida, the General Mgr. Our Church is holding an event and needed some boxed lunches…Mida took her time…she listened to our need and immediately got to work and put together a very economical plan to meet our need. Mida is very Customer friendly and she put aside her store’s interest and fulfilled our need. Mida is a very much needed “throwback customer first” Manager…there’s not many like her with her people skills around. We will definitely recommend Subway to our friends…Mida definitely has the Midas touch!!!

  Was approached by a very disgruntled old man working behind the counter. I tried to mention something about an online coupon which led to him pointing at the online food order stand. When I restated the word “coupon” he groaned and was very unkind about it. His tone was increasingly strained along with him burning both of the items I had ordered. I hate leaving bad reviews but I was very unsatisfied. I’ve been here many times before and had outstanding experiences, but with this older man working it seems that there is no decency anymore.

  I have given this subway so many chances! Like many many! DD order are the worst with this subway. Again I went tonight and the employee actually carried (for my daughter) a pretzel with her bare hands from the back to the oven in the front- no gloves. I didn’t realize it until my daughter told me so I took a pic of her packaging our cookies with no gloves. Also picked up our cookies with no gloves and bare hands. The other employee realized it. It’s on camera. I don’t want her to lose her job but she definitely needs educated. There was an older lady working there who definitely knew the job and knew what to do (she witnessed what was happening and picked up the slack for the other employee). I just believe this younger one needs some education because this is the 2nd time in a week I’ve been there and she is not doing her job properly. Please help subway. And give the olderish lady a clap on the back!!!! She did several sandwiches in the time it took the younger one to do one. I’m serious. It was a mess with this girl. Educate her and help her out :) I have said things before but nothing is ever done. I can tell by the reviews yall aren’t doing well so consider making some changes.

  My friend had an issue with placing the order online and I had gone up there to see if it had gone through. Before this happened, my friend had called up there to see if it did or didn’t and she had mentioned that it didn’t. We waited a little bit after the call but then we saw the transaction on the card popped up and I decided to go up there and ask for myself. The woman up front was very rude about it I was calm and she kept talking over me. She did not offer to help to help fix the situation but kept repeating it wasn’t here. Very disappointed and ended up eating somewhere else. No wonder this subway only has 2.5 stars that women could be the reason why. I could hardly see her name tag but I think it started with an m, but subway if want this place to get anymore than 3 stars at least. Hire better staff
