  Not only does the area smell like cat pee the employees need to either find a job they like or better yet I take that back I’m sure they don’t get paid anything! So how u work is why u don’t get paid good if u ever wonder why I don’t get paid a lot! Good job at being horrible at making a sandwich and customer service! U couldn’t work anywhere else if u can’t do ur subway job right! Door dash order I was getting for 2 drop offs I arrived there and he tells me they r out of turkey for both orders. Then checks out the customer he was working on saw me get on the phone to ask substitutions and says I’m going on break for 30 mins….even had a sign for it. Yea go on ur break because obviously u need it! Can’t hold a job like that then I’m sure u couldn’t work anywhere else!

  Every time we go here there is never anyone working !! And there is always no one in the lobby either. How you gonna have no customers and not help the ones that come in?? Every time we go there, we see that the employees are there but they never come to help. I say fire everyone there and start again

  Their portions for their rotisserie chicken are so tiny and I Stood there for a good 10 to 15 minutes before I was actually Attended to and the sandwich was ridiculously expensive. Because I asked for extra meat because the first was so tiny. And the guy had an attitude when I told him, I only wanted a little bit more He doesn't seem to want to be there.

  I never call out names, out of respect, but I come once a week. I stop my work day regardless of time left to get a sandwich here. I'm not going to lie. Those brown eyes that long hair, and that killer smile got me hooked. Personality, just everything. Be the only reason why i would move here. Couldn't make it in last week, but I never pass this place once I'm in lubbock just for her. Not going to lie, she's masks a killer sandwich. But that's just the bonus. Ughh.....

  Will not be coming back to this location manager is extremely rude. When I asked for the slider deal that says chips and a drink she told me they do not have that and she does not know why they put the sign up. It is a part of the menu. She then had to charge me separately for drink and chips instead of giving me the meal. Horrible customer service and false advertising (apparently).
