  BWent to the subway on 34th Street with a friend and Kerid was extremely unpleasant to be around. We were extremely uncomfortable with how he treated the other employee and somewhat worried for her safety as he was extremely standoffish and lazy. I have younger sister and if a man ever treated them like that he'd be on the ground. The other employee was very sweet and accommodating towards us.

  Okay, so me and my friend just got done here. And I'm just gonna say it outright, you NEED to fire Kared, Cared, however the hell you spell his name. He was so incredibly Lazy. They got backed up, right? And he was getting mad at this extremely sweet worker named Lauryn. She was doing the best she can and was trying to get the customers OUT THE DOOR when he decided to throw a fit about it and began to boss her around like he was a manager. He wasn't doing nothing!!! He wasn't making sandwiches, he was just flirting with this one chick that was a customer and the girl named Lauryn broke down CRYING. Cause of him. Not only that but he was extremely rude to customers too. He wouldn't tell them which line to get in, he would just point and death glare. As if it was their fault. Please, get rid of him. This is truthfully the worst experience I've ever had at a place. Honestly.

  Couldn’t even get our food because Wayne was the slowest worker I have ever met. Set the order for pickup. Showed up on time and he told us it would be w while…. So we can back 15 mins later and IT STILL WASNT READY. We tried to cancel the order but it was no longer showing up because it was 20 mins past the pick up time. I called the location to have them cancel it so we did not lose the $30 and Wayne once again was a problem. He said he would try and then hung up on me. This type of service is almost comical. Hope I don’t get screwed out of this money because of this man’s incompetence

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Connie B and Wayland W gave me the best customer service! They took the time to describe the new TURHAMKEN, and I can’t get enough of this wonderful creation. Thank you both for making my visit so enjoyable. This location is spotless, efficient, and truly a pleasure to visit. Highly recommend!
