She was working on to-go order when we came in and immediately helped me, but 4 more people came in and the manager or other person working with her didnt come to help her. Just continued stocking bread when they're busy. Honestly just felt bad for the girl bc someone has got to have messed up her training to be this bad.

I can't walk knee surgery and I cannot get off and get my food. And I told her can you please make some exception today. Why I put the drive-thru window if you're not going to use it to help people out. Need to open that window for service.
