- SDSabrina DunfordJan 29, 20261.0The customer service was completely Useless And rude I brought it to her attention that my shake was just chocolate straight chocolate syrup she then proceeded to roll her eyes and tell me it was because I was the first person to order a shake instead of taking it back and remaking it when I brought up a concern she just walked away then seeing the size difference, she didn’t even offered to fix the size difference in the two different shakes at this point. This Sonic needs better management and better serving staff. If y’all need help just please DM me.
