The waiter didn't know, but he could tell me it was Angus beef. Called over the manager and he didn't know. This is important as every steak lover knows that grass fed, grass finished beef is the only way to go. Lubbock is surrounded with CFO's (Confined Feed Operations) or better known as feed lots. They put hundreds of cows in a small pen and feed them grain to fatten them up, before slaughter. They get fat but the beef is horribly lacking in nutrition, and taste. We passed on the steak and shared a big salad. You don't go to a steak house to eat salad. At least the salad was good.

The Grand Old Fashioned was generous and tasty. I ordered the New York steak which was cooked to my asking and the green beans were delish! My boyfriend ordered the Redfish, one of his faves, and it was cooked perfectly. Good food, reasonable prices.

She then told us we couldn't have a table because they didn't have a Server for the tables. Within the next 10 minutes two groups were seated at tables. Terrible survice on seating. Great service on food.. Been eating here for over 5 years
- NMnancy mathisDec 19, 20251.0Husband ordered a 32.00 Ribeye. More like a flank steak. He couldn't even hardly cut in to it . It was disgusting. My chicken Laredo was a 5 out of a 10. Sould have sent it all back. For the price you charge food have been better. Salad was good and tea was good. We will not be back. Learned out lesson.
