  We had excellent service and the steak, I had the rib eye, it was cooked to perfection. This was the best steak I've had at a Salt Grass. I would definitely go again!

  This place isnt all that, the service was bad. We had a waitress name Gabby. She took long in getting our drinks ,then we ordered an appetizer and was never brought to us, after she took our order , she came back 20 minutes later and said they only had prime rib for 2 out of 3 three that ordered it , so my son ordered something else. After that. 15 minutes later some man came to us did not introduce himself and said the prime rib was burnt so we had to order something else, it took long to get our order. I ordered a double vodka tall with topo chico and they charged me 21.50 . We were very disappointed. they only offered us a free dessert. Lol. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

  Food was very good and came quickly. Service was outstanding. All staff was very attentive. It got very busy while we were there (we were seated before the rush) and it was still a very comfortable noise level. The bill was $132 (before tip) for 2 large draft beers, 2 grand marnier, 2 prime rib dinners, and fried onions as appetizer. Salad and bread also. Reasonably priced. The atmosphere and ability to get the entire order correct and timely was well worth it!

  The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection, wife’s Patty Melt was delicious and grandsons Steak Tips were perfect. Slight issue with Mac n cheese cold, but Keaton our server made it right quick. Keaton was an excellent server, I advise asking for him. I hadn’t eaten at Saltgrass for 8 years because of a horrible tough ribeye I got in Midland and the night manger said “you ordered a ribeye what did you expect “ I ordered the bone in ribeye and couldn’t cut it with a knife. I decided to give the company another try. As a customer who ate once or twice a week in Dallas it was very disappointing. Glad I decided to try again.

  Asked the waiter about the Prime Rib and was told it was great tonight. Ordered a 16 oz Prime Rib medium temperature, but was brought a a steak that was pretty much beef jerky. Informed Jordan that my Prime Rib was not prepared medium. He returns a short time later to inform me they are no sold out of Prime Rib. I then respectfully asked Jordan to bring a menu and I would order something else. Jordan dropped off a menu and said he would be right back. Approximately 10 minutes later, Jordan finally returns to get my order. In the meantime, the rest of my party has already finished their meal. I informed Jordan I would just not ordered since it had taken him so long to return to take my order and since the party I was eating with had already completed their meal. Jordan was not apologetic at all nor did a manager come to the table to try and correct the issue. Was still charged 4.99 for a side spinach salad that was suppose to come with the meal. I will take my business to Texas Roadhouse.
