However, during my recent visit, I placed an online order and chose to pay at the store. When I arrived, I noticed the employee working the fryer dropping wings into the oil. I could tell they were mine based on the count. Then I saw him drop one wing into the trash by mistake. After someone apparently said something to him about the missing piece, he shrugged, pulled the wing out of the trash, and threw it back into the fryer. I immediately asked for a fresh batch to be cooked in a clean fryer, which the staff did. Still, that kind of behavior is unacceptable — food safety should always come first. I love this location and the people are usually great, but that employee definitely needs retraining. I spent over $100 on this order, and I just want to make sure management is aware so this doesn’t happen again.
