We were told we had to order our pizza at the counter before sitting at a table. Never asked if we wanted a drink, resulting in another order since they didn’t even have water to put in a cup. We were told that the pizza would be ready in 15-20 minutes. After about 30 minutes my husband went to the counter to question when it would be ready. IT WAS IN THE FREAKING WARMER, where they keep the carry out pizzas. Mind you, WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT! A nice young lady apologized, but we were never offered to speak to a manager or a refund or even a discount. WORST SERVICE EVER!
