The staff is always super friendly and courteous, and we’ve been very impressed with the food. Our daughter graduated from Texas Tech in December, and we reached out to Picoso’s about catering a party we did that afternoon. Everything was fantastic! The delivery was prompt, and our guests commented how tender the meat was and how flavorful the food was! I even received a follow-up from Katy, who helped coordinate things for our event, which I thought was so kind. I highly recommend Picoso’s for dining and catering—wonderful food and service!

It was disheartening, but the staff did their best to make things right. That went along ways with me because the party could have been a bomb. I wanted to give an honorable mention to the waiter named Trenton who really stepped up and did his best to make the party a success. Also to the manager who showed up to help him.

I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of food I received. I received a bag of tortilla chips, a sizable tub of salsa, and some lime wedges along with my three tacos. The food was delicious, and I felt it was a good price for the amount I received! I am glad I stopped by here during my travel in Texas.
