Fast forward to today: we go in, there is no one working the counter, it looks closed inside. We order at the kiosk. We wait for someone to come give us our drink cups, took about 5 minutes for 1 person to notice. (Mind you, there is only 1 guy siting at a table just drinking coffee, no one at the drive thru...) The coffee is cold, no milk, asking to get any creamer was a hassle and they wouldn't give you more than 2. The pastries were out of a fridge and cold as ice. we get some of our food. I wait for my sandwich. Everyone else has eaten and I get mine 30 mins later. We gave it a second chance after years, and glad to see it's still the worst place to get food or any service at all :)
