I recently visited McDonald’s, and overall the experience was mixed.
The restaurant itself was clean and well maintained, and the staff were polite and professional. However, the wait time was noticeably longer than expected, especially for a fast-food establishment. While I understand that busy periods can affect service speed, the delay took away from what should have been a quick meal stop.
I ordered the Double Bacon Cheeseburger, which had good flavor, but it was a bit too greasy for my taste. The excess oil made it heavier than expected and slightly overshadowed the otherwise savory combination of bacon, cheese, and beef.
In summary, McDonald’s continues to offer familiar comfort food and friendly service, but improving order turnaround times and reducing greasiness in certain menu items would greatly enhance the overall dining experience.
Actively stealing form customers, paid for 2 20 pieces not only did I have to wait but was only given 1 20 piece and wasn't even offered an explanation on why I was missing the 2nd one or given money back for the food I paid for.

The general manager was there when we came in all the workers and him were extremely nice to customers in the restaurant as well as us! We accidentally threw away half our fries and they replaced them too! I’d definitely recommend coming here they are super friendly.
the worst McDonald's I've ever been to they take forever to bring out food and they are so rude to the customers especially the manager they are the worst every experience I've had with this had be horrible don't ever come to this McDonald's they will take forever to make you're food and get it wrong and be rude when you ask to get the right order they are just laughing and fooling around while I was waiting 30 minutes for my food and something they have just one person doing everything like this poor girl with red hair she was having to do everything by herself while there was 6 people waiting for there food I think she was the only one there even doing anything

I gotta be honest, I don’t know why I keep coming to this location. It takes forever to get an order, even when you order ahead with the app. Food is often cold, but they’re in such a rush to get you out that you don’t have time to go back. That’s at the drive through. Eating inside is about the same. Told me they were out of the product I ordered today, but did not offer any kind of refund for wanting to give me a cheaper alternative. It’s been this way since it opened and is not improving
After sitting at the 3rd drive up window for way too long, I was handed a bag of apple pies and offered a refund, but not the food I ordered. Due to the 15-20 minutes I sat at the window waiting, I was late for work so I had to leave without food, and they kept my money. Will not be back.
