I placed a mobile order and when I showed up there was no one in line but it still took 10 mins to receive my order on top of the 10 mins I waited before arriving from placing the order. When I opened the bag my fries were everywhere except the cup and when I put them in it, it didn’t even fill up half way. I also asked for condiments when ordering and didn’t get put in the bag. When I got back to work my burger had a black hair in it. The only reason I checked was to make sure there was no onions in it but I’m glad I did, I couldn’t imagine bitting into it and pulling the hair out or consuming it!!! The food was also cold so I’m not sure why it took so long if the food wasn’t even hot.... just frustrating that I’ll have to drive to another location when this one is closest to my job. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, the time is always way longer than it should be especially when mobile ordering. What’s the point of the app if it’s never ready when I arrive and this isn’t the first time the food was cold.

I had already ordered 20 minutes prior to closing (midnight) on their app and when I showed up they had just turned away the customer in front of me and then they proceeded to tell me that they were closed. I mentioned that I thought closing was at midnight and the female employee said they closed early ‘because something happened’.

What's the purpose of the drive thru if I have to pull up and wait?? The lady brought it out and did t know if it was for me.
