  Your food is terrible for me. Your staff is amazing but your food is terrible for me. I can't stop eating the fries that your wonderful staff cooked for me. The AI doesn't understand what I mean but McDonald's knows. It's so deliciously disgusting....

  Went through the drive thru and was treated like I didn't matter. Was rushed to complete my order when I wasn't done. Not sure why people work in fast food if they can't handle it. Please train patience first to your workers. Struggling and trying times as it is there's no need to be rude

  The girl Aliyah at McDonald was so helpful they forgot my frappes and hash browns, but she made sure I had them before I left. 10/10!

  I went to this restaurant at about 2 o’clock in the morning on October 31. The service was horrible from the minute. They took my order on the box. They were very rude. It was a manager that I believe rushed while taking my order then my food was very nasty. The meat was old very dry. You could taste it in the bun and the meat. The service from the employees is awful. My fries were cold and then I called the store to report this the manager hung up on me said I cussed her and I did not. I just said the meat was dry as hell. It really frustrating me because I came home and the food was not enjoyable. I couldn’t even eat it every time I come to this restaurant because I don’t live too far. It’s the same way or I wait too long. It’s just something is always wrong so I will need the name of the manager that worked the night of October 31, 2025 at two In the morning, thank you

  From the moment I walked in Selena the manager immediately thought there was an issue with my order. That's sad I was just using the promo of buy one burger get one free. It does not say you can't use a mobile code and promo code geom the coupon. I've done this forever. She was so confident she wasn't rude. Well for sure wasn't helpful. That's because last engagement she was amazing. Today she must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed. My burger was thrown together sloppily.
