    Ordered at this location, received drinks, and told to pull up to third window. 15 Minutes later finally received food which was 100% wrong. Than a “Manager” approaches and asks what issue was. As I waited now over 15 minutes, an associate said need you pull forward as have other orders to fill while your food is being made. Finally receive the food which was still not correct and absolutely cold as if sitting for days. This place is horrific.

    dude just put my sauces in the bag everytime I go here I never get my sauces even though they tell me my sauces are at the bottom of the bag 100% of the time they are not

    Nobody in my family goes to this location anymore (82nd near Milwaukee). If you do, double check our order - almost always wrong or old (missing sandwich elements, frozen drinks and deserts halfway blended, meat cooked ahead of orders and now old, etc) - and for sure it will be wrong if you have any customizations. They just plain don't care imo, and that all starts with management and franchise owners. Drive a few more blocks in any direction and there is a better McDonald's.
