I got a coffee and 3 sugars and 2 creams and then it comes out to have multiple ground coffee and I didn’t realize until it started to make me feel dizzy and I open the cup and it made me want to throw up I don’t recommend this MCDONALDS!.

I arrived to get breakfast, waited in line for over 30 minutes. Although there was only 9 cars in total in line, and my car only moved up two spots by the time I arrived to place my order through the speaker. Once I arrived at the store it was 10:34, they refused to serve breakfast to me, because its past 10:30. I then said nevermind and left.
My issues is I do not understand how management on duty is allowing 15 plus minutes on ticket times. And a 30 minute wait for ordering with only 2 cars in front of me is insane actually when the advertisement is fast food. I fully blame managers on duty. They allowed the wait times to be exceptionally long, to the point an excuse for such I feel is invalid. I will not return to this location I promise unless its at night, that seems to be the only crew that runs correctly or has management with common sense left. Morning/Daytime management is a JOKE!

Waited at the drive thru line for nearly 5 minutes to not get anyone to acknowledge me. I understand it’s fast food but it can’t be that difficult to take an order.
