Just confidently underfilled, like that was the plan all along. At first I checked the car. Then the cup. Then myself. Thought maybe I missed something. Nope. That’s just how it came. And honestly, I’m fine with 75% full if I’m getting charged 75% of the price. That’s fair. That’s how numbers work. That’s how trust is built. Instead I paid full price for a smoothie that stopped trying three quarters of the way through. It tasted good, which almost made it worse because now I know what the missing 25% could’ve been. Would order again, but next time I’d like the cup and the receipt to be in the same agreement.

Pulled into drive thru and waited- no known greeted me on speaker- I said hello and then another person pulled up to the second speaker- that person got their order in. Then another they helped them before me- then another. So now 3 people have been helped and I’ve been told rudely to wait a minute. Very frustrating. I gave understanding the first time but the second time makes it seem like this is common practice.
