The manager offered us pies to make up for the time wait and we didn't even get those to top it off our order was wrong. I highly recommend any other McDonald's in the world other than this one. They're slow and rude when they make a mistake. They can't seem to keep up. Drive-Thru is pushed around lobby is left to wait and Drive-Thru pulls so many cars it forgets and loses orders. The managers seem lost and lack McDonald's knowledge and ability. Overall the store is entirely too busy for the staff on hand, but slow enough there should be no excuse. Highly disappointed.
