Well we waited and nobody greeted us for our order we just sood there until a lady stopped and said what do you need (not politely) we proceed to order we made 2 separate orders. As we waited the coffee was almost handed to some other people then they just sat it down, without trying to let us know its ours and the exact same thing happened woth the donuts, there was only 5 ppl there they did not try and get our attention or anything.

I am a General Manager and have been in customer service for 15 years. I've left a bad review before because I get we all have bad days, but I couldn't believe the disrespect and attitude they gave. My 2 year old son just wanted a snoopy donut and they were so rude at the drive thru and then I eventually went inside to get the donut and the black female doing the register, said are you the one that was loud? Which i wasn't l loud at all. I was very calm in the druve thru. I just seriously couldn't believe these people working. I feel really bad for this GM that runs this store.
