The lady told me no. There’s nothing that can be done. She was SO rude. I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. I spend too much money EVERYDAY at this company. I did not get my tea. I can not drive to that location. And they “could NOT cancel the cup of TEA AND REFUND ME” I have never heard of a COMPANY UN ABLE TO GIVE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS THEY PAID FOR AND DID NOT RECEIVE.
