    I had the Club sandwich. Bread was fresh. Sandwich had plenty of meat. Breadsticks were great. Overall an excellent lunch.

    I love fazzoli's and the workers are always kind but the AI order taking makes me want to KILL MYSELF. My order can only be messed up so many times and it talks so slow and it just feels so unnecessary

    I drove 6 hrs from San Antonio for an unexpected family emergency, & this is the 1st place I came to as soon as I got to town. I tell you from the time I first placed my order at the drive thru, until I actually got my order was horrendous!! The wait time was ridiculous, plus the non customer service was felt thru the entire ordeal... the entire staff is unfocused, unless it's social media on their phones, & the food was extremely cold, & poorly put together. As someone who grew up in this town, & moved to a town where this is establishment is not even close to me anymore.... I'm highly disappointed in how this establishment had turned out. I will never again recommend anyone to go here in the future.

    Very disappointed with my order today. The lasagna, bottom layer of pasta was so hard I couldn't cut with knife.. I ordered and paid for medium marinara sauce that I did not receive. The breadsticks were hard. This was a carry out order and 52.00 . I will contact manager.
