  The cashier was very quick and personable. I was most impressed with Aaliyah. She was always working, cleaning tables, or mopping restocking. Fazoli’s needs more like her.

  A lovely establishment, I get my lunch here all the time. And they are always extremely kind, even to the point of knowing my order before I walk in lol. Love this place, and of course a thank you to Rosa, Paula, and Christy who are incredible workers.

  EXCEPTIONAL!!!! The employees were great as always, the food was great as always, the speed was great as always, the cleanliness was great as always…..but what made it EXCEPTIONAL was the manager, Luke! Whoever hired this man to be a manager, pat yourself on the back! My son was in a tennis tournament that lasted all day and in between matches, we had a long wait and decided to go eat at his favorite restaurant, Fazolis. Well, after the meal was done we left and in less than five minutes my kid said we had to turn back because he left his retainer on a napkin on the table! Turned around and went in and of course the excellent staff had the table cleared off so I asked the manager, Luke, if I could dig through the trash for a retainer. He said he would take the garbage in the back and sift thorough it and said he knew exactly what he was looking for as this has happened before. This dude sifted through the trash, found the retainers and even cleaned them off for us! Definition of exceptional all the way!!!

  Olive Garden, who? I wondered why I had forgotten Fazolis long ago, but today realized that after over 10 years in DFW, there are no Fazolis in the area, except in Waco/Bryan. Recently, I have been coming back, as I've been back in Lubbock. I deliver after work, as well. This location is always on point. When I have to wait, the manager is always keeping me up to date, fairly accurately. The food, obviously, isn't going to compete with a location like Orlando's, or the like, but you won't hear me complaining. It's always hot, mostly fast, and CLEAN! This has got to be one of the best Fazolis left around the states. Breadsticks, as you all know, are awesome. My only detractor, despite seeing some online saying the chicken fettuccine is too salty, is that it wasn't salty enough (first visit, and could've been due to the broccoli). This visit, I got the loaded spaghetti. And I always get their shell sampler for 5.99. Alfredo pasta was wonderful, shell was wonderful, and their red sauce is great. Nearly dropped the bag when they handed it out the window. Seriously felt over 10 lbs. Also, did I mention HOT? For over an hour, these bowls stayed piping hot. I mean can't set it in your lap hot. Value is there, service is there, and taste is there. I'll definitely be back, probably sooner than I should be. I'll miss them when I have to leave town again.
