I was so excited about the new munchkins -national commercial is great, I bought a box of 50, plain box, vs colorful munchkin fun, had no good xmas selection only one with candy sprinkles not even as pictured by national. And, most importantly I feel they were 2 day old donuts holes. That was the worst. I could not even give as a Gift to my friends. I Chunked them and wento to CrispyCreme. Dunkin’ Donuts is fantastic brand however this store has a major problem. The Indian owners had several family members in there just chatting/visiting, only one lady working window also was pre occupied by her family/ friends. Weird place- no effort to celebrate Christmas in their presentation of donuts!

We were visiting from out of town and I went to this drive-thru twice. The first time I had a small order and it took longer than what I felt was normal. On our way out of town to head back home, we decided to get breakfast. To be fair, we are a family of 5. We each wanted a drink and a food item. Ordering was torture. The menu reset once and we had to repeat our order several times (that alone took us 5+ minutes). The person in front of us got out of line and drove away as it was taking so long (I let Dunkin know). When we got to the window, we were given a bag with our food items except half were missing. I asked kindly in case they were just planning to give me an additional bag. No. I had to ask several times for my remaining items (which they also got mostly wrong). By this time, the line was to the street and we were feeling pretty awful to be holding up the line. My husband's drink was twice as sweet instead of half sweet. My son's drink was iced instead of hot. My daughter received strawberry cream cheese instead of plain. Again, I get it, we were a large order. We ended up just accepting what was given to us because we felt so bad about the line to the street. On their defense, they were kind (though not apologetic). We also remained calm and nicely asked for our items when not given. We're now leaving town later than intended (this whole drive thru experience lasted 30 minutes!) and overall it just left a bad taste in our mouth. Dunkin is a great company with great products, but they need to work on their efficiency at this location and perhaps train their employees a bit better.

Not sure what is happening to this store, but their coffee continues to be watered down and taste like nothing. I placed a delivery order for coffee and left a private review that the coffee was watered down, and the next day because I still want to try it and see if it would be better the store out of spite canceled my order. I’ve tried it 3 other times since and it’s watered down coffee every time. Most places would fix the issue not double down, cancel orders or continue making a bad order.
